Vastitude ~ WordWayzzz™ 12/07/2022

Have You Found Your Corner of the Sky?

Wow. Well, I lost the handle on this month already and we’re only into the first week! For now, this will be a short blurb with a word. I hope you'll still find it useful and entertaining!

The WordWayzzz monthly word debuting today is a tribute to tonight’s Full Moon (Wednesday, 12/07/22). This is a great time to give the moon its due and pay our respects to its magnificence that spreads across a mighty ...

VASTITUDE (vasʹtɘ tōōdʹ) n. – 1) the quality or condition of being vast; 2) a vast extent or space. [WW #324]

Have you ever looked up at the Moon—especially the Full Moon—and felt that its power can empower you to do anything? It’s been a human source of inspiration since the dawn of time. The Moon’s vastitude seems real, and even though it’s the fifth largest moon in the solar system, it’s barely more than a quarter the size of Earth.

To incorporate the use of vastitude, you don’t need to talk only of space or our magnificent Moon. A rain forest may exhibit a vastitude of lush greenery, or you marvel that the depth and vastitude of the Grand Canyon dwarfs any other canyon you’ve ever seen.

Be creative and expansive with vastitude and enjoy our December Song of Note from the WCFL music chart of the Holiday month, from December 16,1972 ...

Monthly Song of Note
Jackson Five’s odd little tune, “Corner of the Sky” pairs nicely with the WordWayzzz monthly word ... I've got to be where my spirit can run free, yeah | Gotta find my corner, ooh of the sky, yeah   ... perhaps Michael was looking for his personal vastitude ... 50 Years Ago this Month

Word Challenge: VASTITUDE. Think far and wide, as you fit vastitude into your month of spacious writings and casual conversations; and I’ll try to get back here soon, to expand on this article.

Write first for yourself … only then can you write for others. (L.Rochelle)
